[webco-beta] instance update this morning incomplate

The instance updated this morning were incomplete, resulting in the
packags from the previous day being installed.  As a result, the same
bugs we closed yesterday will be rearing their ugly little headz.  i
am fixing this now, installing the most recent build by hand.
