[webco-beta] testing instance blockers

There are a few blockers that snuck into the last update.  The most
critical one is the find allocations pages, for finding reservations
and pickups.  These have been fixed already and the fix will be
included in the next updated (hopefully this evening).

There are also some issues with the invoice screens which are being
fixed now.
