[webco-beta] pending beta update

It has been a few days since our last update.  The most recent set of
changes have introduced some data migration issues, therefore the next
update might require that we re-migrate current production data.  

The net result is that the update might take a bit more time than usual,
and the data that you see when you log in may not reflect the changes
that you have made to your beta instance since it was created.

We intend to perform the update tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM central and
hope to have the process completed by 1 PM.
