[webco-beta] 2.0.10 testing

The latest 2.0.10 code has been uploaded to the beta.webcheckout.net
instance, and all bugs currenly marked as 2.0.10 milestones have been
closed.  Testers, please hit the beta instance with everything you've
got.  I'd like this release to be as solid as possible so we can focus
all energy on 2.1 so don't be shy about reporting those bugs.  Thanks.
