[webco-beta] instance status

While doing our morning update, we hit a bug recently introduce in the
migration from 2.0.3, which has caused the migrated production
instance to go down.

The beta instance is getting a fully load and is back up.

After we fix the transient migration bug, 2.0.5 has only one remaining
known bug, which, again, is an offline migration problem.  Please see
if you can find more. It's going to be a little hard to test with on
the migrated/production instance, however, since all resources which
are offline in 1.8.x are showing up with invalid schedules, with the
corresponding problem of being unable to load in the applet, etc.
