[webco-beta] 2.0.5 release notes and release status

I've put up 2.0.5 draft release notes at
<URL:http://support.webcheckout.net/>.  Either go to top page -> docs
-> release notes -> version in testing, or hop right to
<URL:http://support.webcheckout.net/releases/2.0-testing.shtml>.

Due to some rather nasty problems with editing checkout center
schedules, our targetted release date is no longer tonight but rather
tomorrow evening.

So that gives us one last day of testing to make sure we catch the
worst problems.  Please have at it.  I'll be updating the testing
instances again this evening.
