[webco-beta] instances and 2.0.2

2.0.1 has released, and we already are well on our way with 2.0.2.
We've put up 2.0.2 release notes for your review.  The instances are
going down now for update (and remigration, in one case).

There's been some good bug hunting finding PIN problems.  A number of
those are already fixed.  It's probably a good idea to keep seeking
these, especially checking that thing "roll-back" properly after an
incorrect PIN has been entered -- e.g., the return is not done, the
resource is not taken offline, etc.

We are hoping the scheduling speed-ups will make it into 2.0.2 which
will close two serious bugs, but that is not yet merged in or done.
