[webco-beta] 2.0.1 instances updated

We've updated the two testing instances on alpha, and have also added
in-progress 2.0.1 release notes at
<URL:http://support.webcheckout.net/releases/release-2.0.1.shtml>.

One thing in particular to test is the bug fixes mentioned there.
It's always good to double check that the bugs mentioned really are
closed, e.g., try to find ways to get the bug to manifest itself.
