Testers, we have all 2.0 bugs closed.  I'm sure more are lurking.
Please do pour on complete unit testing at this point.

Again, suggest someone at least focus on this:

 - policies are applied and interprepreted properly

 - policy limits show up on the schedulator properly

 - try to break the applet if at all possible 
   (remember, I don't care that much about Linux issues)
