Okay beta.webcheckout.net is up-to-date but i am having some problems
with resource types not loading on saic.  i'm doing a clean reload of
the saic instance to see if that is causing the problem.

SAIC should be back up momentarily.  please test on
beta.webcheckout.net in the meantime
