[webco-beta] testing issues at the moment

Testers, some known issues are going to be blocking testing for now.  

The big one is bug 3317.  Checkout and reservation applet windows take
very long to load (about 60 seconds) in 2.0 testing due to a
bottleneck problem in the new checkout center schedules subsystem.

We're going to prioritize center schedules -- they are nearly there
but they have some issues obviously.  The blocking issues should
hopefully be fixed during the day tomorrow and we're going to be
making a sustained effort to fix all the center schedule issues all in
a lump.
