[webco-beta] 2.0.9 Testing

beta.webcheckout.net and saic.webcheckout.net are now open for testing
on 2.0.9.

please pay special attention to editing and display of checkout-center
schedules, repeating reservations, set/strike reports, default
pickup/return options, new usage/rental fee and fine UI and rules (not
yet documented?).
