[webco-beta] webcheckout 2.0.10 goes into beta

WebCheckout 2.0.10 has just gone into testing.

Changes since 2.0.9 can be found in:

  http://support.webcheckout.net/releases/2.0-testing.shtml

What we need to test in particular is everything mentioned as changed,
the assessment of invoices, account codes, the invoice detail screen
in all its aspects and operations, and the deletion of different types
of objects (a source of common problems).
