[webco-beta] instance update

Oh, btw, I just updated the beta instance, but the SAIC instance is
still migrating.  The SAIC instance should be back up in about 30
minutes.  Also, on the SAIC instance, note that we have reloaded the
Oracle patron data quite recently, so if my SAIC testers could please
check:

 - patron migration (which will run around midnight) works acceptable

 - class sync is not broken
