[webco-beta] instances updated

The beta instance was updated last night; the SAIC instance has been
remigrated and updated this morning with today's data.

We are reaching final release candidate testing and are hoping to
release by Monday evening.  So we have today and all weekend to test.

I would suggest trying to achieve good overall coverage in the
application.  Emily, I would suggest running through the whole
checklist, if possible.

What has changed recently:

 - switched transaction model, e.g., how it rolls things back when PIN
   fails, auto-circulation fails, etc.

 - resource schedule loading in the applet should work again -- let us
   know if you find resources who's schedules do not load

 - the auto-circ and reservation cancellation queue is now run in 5
   minute chunks of 2-3 seconds, usually enough to cancel 2
   reservations; before it was running for around 6 seconds, resulting
   in hang

Other things to test:

 - PIN authority checking is correct, behavior on PIN failed is
   correct

 - auto-circulation
