[webco-beta] testing status

Well, testers, we have a problem in the checkout center schedule part
which is pretty much making the application untestable.  Center
schedules are not being migrated, not being created by the demo
properly, and making them by hand doesn't seem to work.

Since it is rather hard to do anything with out a decent center
schedule, this is what is blocking testing now.  We hope to get this
fixed and the instances updated today at some time.
